IMEI repair/rebuild:
The IMEI thing on DCT4 phones is a "little bit"
different than on old DCT3 phones, therefore there will
never be such a "easy" solution for DCT4 like
you know it from DCT3.
The IMEI on DCT4 phones is stored in Flash, UEM and UPP.Since
UEM chip
is real OTP(One Time Programable), it is not possible
to reprogramm
thedata stored in this chip...
This means, that if you want to change the IMEI, you mustreplace
the
"old" UEM chip witha new one(about 8-15$) and
then write new IMEI to
the phone by our software(box).Since the calculation for
this isnt
very easy we cannotprovide you IMEI-change to any digits.
For now, the
software comes with a few hundreds "preseted"
IMEI numbers that can be
written to your phones.
In case that you dont need to change the IMEI, but only
fix a phone with
"??????????????" IMEI you dont need to change
any components. This can be
done by software only.
Summary:
If you want to REPAIR phones that have bad IMEI or bad
IMEI
data, you can do it WITHOUT opening the phone and changing
components. This is done by our software+datacable only.
In case you want to CHANGE the IMEI, then you need to
replace
the UEM chip first and then write one of the "preseted"
IMEIs
to the phone.

USER MANUAL
The clip can build the new IMEI for NK-8310, 6510, 3510,
6310, 8910,
7210, 6210,6100,7650,3650,7250 etc. mobiles, as there
will be "contact service" or IMEI "??????????"
problem after your changing the "UEM" chip.
A. Packing List:

B. Instruction:
Power on the clip , it will sow the "DCT4 UEM BUILDER"
"S)Start" message. Then connect the exact phone
to the clip, press "S" button, you will get
the messages one by one that: "check imei",
"??????????????", "set imei ok", "read
imei" and "unlock sp ok". At last it will
display the 15-digits IMEI numbers you rebuilt, and "OK
E£ºESC". The mobile will auto power-on. Press "E"
to return, operation is ok now.
Notes:
1£©If after "check imei" you get the "Power
on manwal¡¡R£ºRetry£»E:Escape", please on your phone.
"R" is for reset/rerun, "E" is for
skip.
2£©If after "read imei" you get the "Power
on manwal¡¡R£ºRetry£»E:Escape" please on your phon.
